Kate Keaveney

Client Director

With over 18 years of experience spanning the Telecommunications, HR and Psychometric industries, working with a range of clients across all industries, Kate is a Client Director at Will It Make the Boat Go Faster?

Kate started her career as an Economics graduate in a commercial role in BT, moving on to run her own successful business and completed her second degree in Psychology. Latterly working as a commercial leader at the Corporate Executive Board and undertaking a Masters course in Strategic Sales Management.

Kate has led successful high performing commercial teams and has worked across many UK and global HR programmes.


What you might not know about Kate...

Kate lives on the Surrey/Hampshire border with her three children, Ben (17), Luca (16) and Daniel (13) and their cockapoo, Lily. Kate runs a hiking and wild camping group in her spare time and is passionate about running, cycling and adventures, having trekked to Kilimanjaro and Patagonia, with Everest in her sights for 2019.
